HFPG GOTV Evaluation Tool Development 2024
This page will have access to recordings and information related to CTData’s support for the 2024 GOTV grantees of The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. The idea of this process is to collaboratively design 2 evaluation tools that are optional for the 2024 grantees to use in your GOTV efforts. By participating, you will make it more likely that the tool will be relevant to your work.
This process will include:
Two virtual sessions designed to collaboratively develop the evaluation questions for this work
One virtual session to talk about client mapping and where grantees have the opportunity to collect evaluative data
CTData will develop 2 tools and then get feedback from participating organizations
CTData will provide a virtual one-hour “training” session on how to use the tools

Provide your voice to the process
During August, we held 2 voluntary sessions where we discussed our GOTV projects. For those who were unable to attend these sessions, we have developed this form that asks for the same information we discussed during these sessions. The deadline to add information to these forms is September 5.
Based on what we learn about your organizations, we will compile the themes and identify potential tools that could be useful in this work. We will communicate more about this work through the Hartford Votes Coalition meetings and via email.
