This month, get technical with us! This session will be facilitated by Alissa Johnston, Lead Performance Analyst at Capital Workforce Partners. In this session, we will be digging into data analysis and consistency. Why? Because the decisions we make in analyzing data and keeping our data consistent are equity topics! We will discuss the importance of data dictionaries, research logs, and data biographies, and explore the importance of creating definitions and the impact of language on analysis. We will open the floor to hear from you, so we can learn strategies from one another, share our experiences, and explore other ways data analysis and consistency tie into equity.
