Dashboards can be an incredibly powerful tool, but only if they are created mindfully. Otherwise, they can be intimidating, confusing, or just not as useful as they were intended to be. Mica will share insights into the planning process and creation of their successful dashboards. We will discuss how to determine what should be included in a dashboard, how to gain buy-in from staff to ensure it's use, and how COMPASS staff are using it in their planning and decision making processes. You will even hear from CTData Collaborative in how we have supported this work. Throughout the session, we will open the floor up to you so you can share your experiences with dashboards or what you'd like to see in a dashboard for your organization.
