We are thrilled to announce that Jenna Daly of Glastonbury joined the team as our new Data Manager. She will be responsible for coordinating data management and contributing to CT Data’s growing repository of accessible data related to the general operations of the organization.

Daly brings experiences as an engineer and most recently from United Technologies Corporation where she served as an IT Specialist in Corporate Applications. Previously, she was a systems engineer at Pratt & Whitney in Systems Modeling & Integration.

“The CT Data Collaborative advocates for the public availability of open and accessible data with the hope that data will drive planning and policy-making across the state. We know that nonprofits and community organizations, as well as public agencies, are looking for support in building their data skills,” said Michelle Riordan-Nold, Executive Director of the CT Data Collaborative. “Jenna brings both expertise and enthusiasm for helping data producers and data users make the best use of data to drive and inform policy development.”

“I am over joyed to join such a vibrant team; to be working on such fast-paced, engaging, and critical projects benefiting organizations all across Connecticut. CT Data's contributions to data literacy and efficacy are what truly drive innovation and support for helping make better decisions in all levels of policy-making across the state. I'm so excited to be a part of the process,” Daly said.

Daly received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Hartford, and is pursuing a M.S. in Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University. She is also the co-organizer of the R-Ladies Connecticut group. Contact her at jdaly@ctdata.org to find out more information.
